Hacksaw Ridge (2016)
[Movie]Conscientious medic refuses weapons, saving lives on a fierce WWII beach landing.
Why people love it: The film’s intense battle scenes contrast with the pacifist hero’s compassion. Garfield’s performance shines, making a powerful anti‑war statement.
