Mad Max (1979)
[Movie]A highway cop hunts a violent biker gang in a lawless Australia.
Why people love it: Mad Max set a new standard for gritty, high‑speed action and introduced a bleak dystopian world that still influences filmmakers. Gibson’s intense performance and Miller’s relentless direction keep viewers on the edge.
