The Asylum (1972)
[Movie]A runaway mental institution becomes a nightmare ground for experimental drugs and twisted experiments.
Why people love it: Its unsettling atmosphere and trippy drug‑induced sequences capture the era’s fear of science gone mad. The low‑budget charm fuels its underground popularity.
